No, the venue is open to public. However, players need to possess a Pass to register for CommandFest events.

No, each player is limited to purchase one Pass per day. 

 

 

Can I transfer the Pass to another player? *New*

 

No, to ensure fairness to all players and to prevent scalping, Passes will not be transferrable.

Please apply for a refund, please refer to the Online Registration section below. The slot will then be freed up for registration after the refund is processed.

Passes can be collected from 8am daily. The Pass, and the contents, have to be collected in person on-site, and a photo ID will be required for verification purposes. Please ensure the name in your account profile matches the name on your photo ID.

Yes, additional Game Tokens can be purchased on-site at $12 each.

How do I apply to cancel my registration for a refund? *New*

 

Please log in to your account and select 'My Events'. Locate the event you would like to cancel. Please click 'Ticket' to download the registration ticket. Click the 'Cancel' button. Please send an email to [email protected], attaching the registration ticket, to apply for the refund.

 

Please note that the transaction fee charged by the payment gateway will not be refunded, and the refunded amount will be the amount paid minus the transaction fee. Please also note that the refund processing time will be up to 5 working days.

 

 

When is the latest day that I can apply to cancel my registration for a refund? *New*

 

To minimise disruption to the events, applications for refunds will no longer be accepted from the third calendar day before the event. E.g. if an event is on 1 Jul, the last day for refund applications will be on 27 Jun.

Yes, there will be promos for participation (while supplies last), top finishers and players who earn invites. Please check the Event Series Information page for more details.

 

 

What are the prizes for the qualifying events?

 

Prizes for WPN Regional Championship Qualifiers will be determined by the respective stores. The Open will have a prize pool of US$5,000.

 

 

If I am already qualified, can I still play in another WPN Regional Championship Qualifier and/or Open?

 

Yes, qualified players can play in future qualifying events so you can win more promo cards, prize money and/or travel stipends to the SEA Championship Final.

 

 

If I already have an invitation and win another, will the invitation be passed down?

 

Yes, for both WPN Regional Championship Qualifiers and Opens, invitations will be passed down to the next unqualified top finisher.

 

 

Can I play a WPN Regional Championship Qualifier and/or Open outside of my country?

 

Yes, qualifying events are not country locked and players may play at any country's events. Play the Game, See the World!

 

 

How many players will be invited to the SEA Championship Final? How many invites are awarded at each event?

 

There will be approximately 200 invites to the SEA Championship Final per Round. Each WPN Regional Championship Qualifier will award various numbers (please check with the store). Each Open will award 32 invites.

 

 

Why is my favorite local game store (LGS) not running any Qualifiers?

 

If you would like to have your favorite LGS run Qualifiers, please nudge to apply to run.

Yes, there will be Last Chance Qualifiers on the Friday before the SEA Championship Final.

 

 

Will there be side events at the SEA Championship Final?

 

Yes, there will be side events catering to all levels of play including Draft, Sealed, Constructed, Commander and also small-scale qualifier events.

No, The Regional Championship venue is open to all players, regardless if you are participating in the Main Event.

No, the Side Events are independent from the Main Event. If you are interested in only the Side Events, please approach the Side Events area to register for the event of your choice.
